I carefully tailor and design a course of hypnotherapy specifically for you and through our work together we develop and layer skills that will help you against backsliding. You will receive a hypnosis recording or will be taught self-hypnosis. After each session, I send you brief session notes that might also include different therapeutic tasks and materials to support you on your journey. I offer packages that suit my clients' needs.
