This workshop takes place on Zoom and will be broken down into 3 main sessions.
It’s encouraged that you come to each session live, however everything will be recorded and promptly sent over to you after the workshop.
It's OK, if you need to skip some parts of the live workshop due to your personal schedule, as you still get everything you need out of this experience even if you are watching some of the sessions solo due to timing.
It will be a mix of energy activations, short trainings, interactive exercises,
as well as solo self reflection and implementation.

FAQ
Q: Do I get 1:1 coaching and support?
A: This is a group workshop and therefore the support you will receive will take place within the group on Zoom.
However, if you are interested in 1:1 support or would like to know more about upgrade options for this programme, apply for a consultation here, I would love to help and support you in a way that’s the best for you.
Q: I want to do this, but I have a small child or family at home, will I be able to do this properly even if I am unable to be totally by myself for the whole duration of this workshop?
A: Yes, of course, you can still do this workshop, you don't have to wait for things to be 'perfect' before you do them. It would be great if you could be present for most of this workshop and have space to journal and meditate, however, if you need to go and check on your child or keep them near you, it's ok.
You can make things special if you want to and have candles lit up, drink yummy teas and be uninterrupted by the rest of the world, but it is not required for this workshop to be effective. You don't have to have the whole house for yourself if it is not possible. You can always hit the 'mute button' when things get a little noisy at your end.
I have had clients in my programs who had their children with them on live calls, because there was no other option and they still had a great time and experienced amazing breakthroughs.
