Mind Detox and Decluttering

Hello gorgeous Soul and welcome to my blog,

I have recently felt uninspired and stuck in one area of my life and was in need of some fresh energy. Therefore, I have decided to declutter and re-organise my paperwork and my office space, as well as my social media accounts, my computer and my phone. You would be surprised what a difference it made. I felt lighter, inspired and really motivated to change things around and I finally saw the solution to what had been bothering me. I was so happy with the results that I decided to make a video about it (click here) for my private Facebook group (join here).

Have you ever felt like some areas of your life are just stagnant regardless of what you have tried? One of the reasons could be that you need to make more space in your life. When we make space, we are opening doors for more wonderful things to walk in, we are freeing space for our deepest desires and dreams…

When it comes to manifestation of our dreams and new opportunities, we often think that the first step is to write down our dreams, visualise them or make a vision board of what we want. But that’s not the first step – clearing, releasing and creating space is the first step to manifest and to bring fresh energy into our lives.

We need to do a thorough clearing of mind clutter (any limiting negative thoughts or beliefs, habits, self-sabotage, procrastination, forgiveness) that don’t serve our well-being as well as physical clutter in our home, office, on the computer, in our wallet/purse, phone etc. 

Let yourself feel free again

The Full Moon in Sagittarius is approaching ( Monday 17th ) and it is all about eliminating all kinds of clutter ( both mind and physical clutter), embracing your creative process and sharpening all your intentions to make the second half of the year even more awesome!

I am running a free Full Moon Ritual on Monday evening and we will be focusing on releasing the mind clutter, as the Full Moon is when we’re being asked (forced) to deal with our ‘stuff’. It is all about peaking and releasing the old: letting go of negative thinking patterns, beliefs, lower energies that come from upsets or any negative events, as well as negative habits. We will also be focusing on forgiveness. Whether you have a spiritual or a practical take on forgiveness, it is a very powerful practice that has helped many to create a more abundant life. If you cannot forgive, you are distracting your mind from the good stuff going on, as well as you cannot be open to accept abundance, change, happiness in certain aspects of your life.


Full Moon is the ideal time for inner work, reflection and letting go.

This is also the perfect time for you to declutter your physical space – THIS DOESN’T HAVE TO BE OVERWHELMING. Simply focus on one area or on one aspect of your life that needs fresh energy. For me it was about decluttering paperwork in my house and I also cleared my social media accounts.  (watch my full video here, where I share what exactly happened and how it helped me)

So my question for you today: 1. Are there any areas of your life that feel stagnant and need a flow of fresh energy? Write down what they are.  2. What is my role in this? What is it that I can do? And write down possible actions that you could take.  Clearing away the mess of confusion brings clarity.
